Orders will only be shipped once payment has cleared.
For all personalised prints, once payment has been received, we will send a test image for your approval before printing, after which your order cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If you have changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible, or within 24 hours, to cancel your order.
If you prefer, we can take payment over the telephone, and we love chatting to our customers!
We passionately believe in using UK manufacturers and printers whenever possible.
All our paper goods and prints, are designed and printed in the UK using FSC approved materials.
Please contact us if you have any special requests to add to your personalised print. There will be an extra charge, depending on the complexity of the addition.
Jan will consider one-off commissions, so please contact us to discuss your wishes.
Standard orders dispatched 1-3 working days. Personalised prints dispatched 7-10 working days.
UK - 3-5 days standard orders, 1-2 weeks personalised prints. EUROPE - 7-13 working days, 2-3 weeks for personalised prints. WORLDWIDE - 10-18 working days, allow a minimum of 3 weeks for personalised prints.
UK - If you need your order sooner, please let us know, and we’ll do our best to help.
We can organise next day delivery for the UK when possible.
EUROPE & WORLDWIDE - The options and prices for tracked and express delivery varies throughout the world, so please contact us to discuss this.
We offer a gift wrapping service, and we will wrap your item in tissue, then specially chosen gift wrap, and finish with a ribbon tied with a bow and a gift tag for you to add your own message.
For all personalised prints, we will send a low resolution image for approval before printing, but after this stage, we unfortunately cannot accept returns on these items, unless damaged in transit. In this case, please photograph the damage, and return the print with proof of postage. We will then refund postage costs, re-order your print and send as soon as possible.
For all other items, if you are not happy with the product, or have simply changed your mind, then you have up to 14 days from delivery to contact us and return the item. We can only accept returns in their original state and packaging, and we do not refund postage costs. Please aquire a proof of posting receipt when returning goods, return shipping will be paid by the customer.
Please notify us as soon as possible should you not receive your item, and we will do whatever we can to rectify the situation.
We package our goods extremely carefully, but in the rare event of you receiving a damaged order, then please notify us within 3 days of receipt, and send us a photo of the item. Once we have agreed to the damage, please return the faulty goods to us, retaining a proof of postage. We will then replace or fully refund your order, and all postage costs incurred.
